For subjects

How do I find and join an experiment?

Sign in with subject access, browse the experiments visible to your account, open an experiment to review its details and consent material, and submit an application when required. Participation becomes available according to the experiment's access and application state.

Is application approval immediate?

No approval time is guaranteed. Applications are handled by the relevant experimenter. Check the current application state in the subject area and follow any instructions supplied with the experiment.

Is a reward guaranteed?

Do not assume a reward, amount, or delivery time unless the specific experiment and its consent material state it clearly.

For experimenters

Where are experiment records and applications managed?

Authorized experimenters use Backstage. The current relevant areas are My Experiments for experiment records and Application Management for subject applications. Only use controls that are visible and enabled for your account.

Does the invitation interface send email?

No. The invitation interface is currently a preview and does not send real email. Use an independently verified recruitment channel when real delivery is required.

Can PsyExpGen publish an experiment directly?

Not currently. PsyExpGen publishing integrations are not yet connected, so generated content is not automatically published to CogniAND.
