Sign-in and access

If sign-in fails, first confirm that you are using the current CogniAND site, then retry in a supported, up-to-date browser. If password recovery is unavailable or does not complete, contact technical support; self-service reset is not reliably available.

If sign-in succeeds but an experimenter or ANDFlow area is missing, ask an administrator to verify your role, organization, workspace, and authorization.

Browser troubleshooting

For a page that does not load or update correctly:

1. Reload the page once.
2. Try a private browsing window to rule out stale local state.
3. Disable browser extensions that alter requests or page content.
4. Record the page URL, the action taken, and the visible error.
5. If possible, capture a redacted screenshot or browser console error.

Do not clear data or change account settings unless you understand the effect.

Known capability boundaries

• The invitation interface is a preview and does not send real email.
• PsyExpGen publishing integrations are not yet connected.
• Experimenter functions require authorization.
• Available actions can differ by workspace and permission.

Reporting a problem

Use the support contact page. Include reproducible steps and environment information, but remove passwords, API keys, cookies, consent records, and participant data.
