Include in the request
- the affected page URL;
- whether you are using subject, experimenter, or ANDFlow access;
- the action you attempted;
- the expected and actual results;
- exact steps that reproduce the issue;
- browser and operating-system information;
- a redacted screenshot or console error, when useful.
For an authorization problem, state which area is unavailable and which organization or workspace you expect to use. Do not send a password or authentication token.
Protect sensitive information
Never include passwords, verification codes, API keys, credential values, session cookies, private workflow secrets, participant data, or consent records. Redact unrelated personal information from screenshots and logs.
